Weโre looking for an Account Manager to handle a portfolio of clients for their branding, marketing, and development needs. You'll act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication with clients and address their queries or issues promptly.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Set clear delivery expectations with clients and communicate delays proactively.
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with client goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Allocate tasks to digital, design, and development teams and follow up on progress.
- Maintain quality and timelines, especially for long-term and AMC clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support retention strategies.
- Research client brands, including their positioning, past marketing efforts, and competitor activities, to better inform internal teams and planning.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure proper documentation of briefs, feedback, and revisions.
- Raise internal red flags for delays or blockers and keep clients informed in advance.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to smoothly transition new clients into active projects
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in client servicing, project/account management, preferably in a digital agency.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, website development cycles, and client-agency workflows.
